Commenting on his appointment Mr. Goodman said:
“I’m very pleased to join Virgin Health Bank at such an exciting time in its development. Our goals include helping families to make informed choices about cord blood banking and providing them with high quality services. We also aim to provide real hope to those individuals afflicted with treatable genetic diseases. The medical community commonly refers to our business as “family banking”, but in my eyes it really means something very different; it means that our clients are our family. We care about every family that stores their child’s stem cells with us and if they have a need, Virgin Health Bank will be there to help them in any way we can.”
